Welcome to leodolly! These Terms & Conditions apply when you use our website or place an order with us.
By placing an order, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and the policies referred to below.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to limit any rights you have under South African consumer law.
Orders
Once you place an order, you will receive confirmation using the contact details provided at checkout.
Please check your order and delivery details carefully before completing checkout.
Our estimated processing time is 3-5 working days before dispatch. This excludes weekends, South African public holidays and courier delivery times.
If there is an unexpected material delay or an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you as soon as possible.
If you need to request a change or cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible. We may not be able to accommodate changes once your order has been prepared or dispatched.
Any statutory cancellation rights you may have are not affected by this.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are displayed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Payment must be successfully completed before an order will be processed.
We may change our prices from time to time. Price changes will not affect orders that have already been successfully placed and paid for.
We take reasonable steps to ensure that prices and product information on our website are accurate. If an obvious pricing or product-information error occurs, we will contact you and deal with the affected order in accordance with applicable law.
Products
We do our best to photograph and represent our products accurately.
Colours may appear slightly different depending on lighting, photography, your device and screen settings.
Because our items are individually embroidered, small variations in embroidery placement or appearance may occur. Garments, fabrics, threads and other materials may also vary slightly between supplier batches.
Small variations of this nature are not necessarily defects. Your rights in relation to faulty or defective products are explained in our Returns & Exchanges Policy. applicable South African law.
Sizing
Please check the relevant size guide before placing your order.
Sizing may vary between garment styles and suppliers, so we recommend checking the measurements provided rather than relying solely on the size label.
If you’re unsure about sizing, please feel free to contact us before ordering.

Product Care
Please follow the care instructions supplied with your leodolly item.
Damage caused by misuse, accidents, alterations, incorrect washing, drying, ironing, bleaching or failure to follow the care instructions will not ordinarily be considered a product defect.
Shipping & Delivery
Processing times, delivery estimates, courier information and what happens if a parcel is delayed, lost or damaged are explained in our Shipping & Delivery Policy.
Available delivery options and costs will be displayed at checkout.
Returns, Exchanges & Faulty Items
Returns, size exchanges, faulty or incorrect items and refunds are covered by our Returns & Exchanges Policy.
Nothing in our Returns & Exchanges Policy limits your statutory consumer rights.
Promotions
From time to time, leodolly may offer sales, promotions or discount codes.
Unless otherwise stated, discount codes cannot be combined with other offers and must be used within the applicable promotional period.
Discount codes must be entered at checkout and cannot ordinarily be applied retrospectively to completed orders.
Additional terms may apply to individual promotions and will be communicated where applicable.

We do our best to keep the information on our website accurate and up to date, but occasional errors may occur.
We may correct errors and update product descriptions, availability, pricing or other website information when necessary.

Leodolly’s original branding, logos, illustrations, photographs, artwork, embroidery designs, graphics and other original content are protected by intellectual property laws where applicable.
This includes our original Leo and Dolly illustrations and artwork.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute or use our original content commercially without our prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, leodolly will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any right, remedy or liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
